On June 04, 2021, at the SPIEF, an agreement was signed between the Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg, Maxim Sokolov, and Kronshtadtskiye Sails LLC, represented by Yuri Saulidi, General Director, on the terms of investment in the Admiral tourist and recreational space project in the Kronshtadtsky District of St. Petersburg. The agreement was signed in order to implement a project to create a cultural and leisure quarter "Admiral" in the Kronshtadtsky district of St. Petersburg. The implementation period of the investment project is the first quarter of 2021-the fourth quarter of 2026. Within the framework of the agreement, Kronstadt Sails LLC intends to ensure the implementation of the project at the expense of its own and attracted funds in the amounts necessary for its implementation. St. Petersburg, within its authority and in accordance with the current legislation, provides support for the implementation of the investment project "TRP "Admiral"". The creation of the Cultural and leisure quarter "Admiral" will increase the tourist attractiveness of Kronstadt in general and St. Petersburg in particular. A modern tourist and recreational infrastructure will be created at the entrance to the historical part of the city of Kronstadt and places for leisure and recreation, as well as for sports for the residents of Kronstadt. There will be an improvement in the transport situation in the historical part of the city by creating parking lots and optimizing tourist routes. High-performance jobs will be created in the tourism industry both directly at the objects of the Cultural and Leisure Quarter, and in Kronstadt as a whole. About 1 billion rubles of investments will be attracted to the city's economy.
