On March 16, 2020, at a meeting of the government of Saint Petersburg, the project of the Admiral Logistics group for the construction of the Yugo-Zapadny transport and logistics complex in the Krasnoselsky district was awarded the status of a Strategic investment project. The project is planned to be implemented in the production zone on Volkhonskoye highway in the period from 2020 to 2022. The total investment volume will be more than 2 billion rubles. 



During the implementation of the investment project, more than 64 thousand square meters of high-quality warehouse space will be created, which will be able to accept a variety of cargo both from ports and from local enterprises. The company will create about 300 high-performance jobs for local residents.

The implementation of the investment project corresponds to the development strategy of the transport and logistics complex of Saint Petersburg as a major transport hub, which is particularly relevant given the plans for the implementation of the New silk road project and the development of the city's port infrastructure. In addition, the implementation of the project will contribute to the growth of investment attractiveness of the adjacent industrial territories for large businesses focused on the availability of high-quality logistics services.
